pancake dough

Pour the milk into a large mixing bowl. Crack the eggs into the milk and add salt and sugar. Mix everything with a mixer.

pancake dough

Little by little, add flour into the mix. In the end, the dough should be about as thick as a milkshake. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

frying pancake

Put some vegetable oil in your frying pan, make sure it's hot. Use a soup ladle to pour the dough into the hot pan. Fry one side of the blinchik (pancake) until it turns gold, then flip it and fry the other side.
Try your first blinchik (pancake). If you think that the dough is missing something, mix it into the bowl.

pancakes

Enjoy your blinchiki (pancakes) with toppings like maple syrup, jam, butter, or condensed milk. You can put something like cream cheese inside, or anything else really. I like to roll mine up and eat them with my hands.
