Ingredients:

1 pack of cookies from a store. Try to find some that aren’t too sweet. I used belVita Breakfast Biscuits.
12 oz of Sour Cream
4 oz of Strawberry Jam – (or choose the flavor you prefer)

Cookies laid out

I used belVita Breakfast Biscuits. You can use any other cookies. Just make sure they aren’t too sweet.
Start by laying out your cookies on the plate or a tray where you want to make your cake.

Layer of sour cream

Next, spread sour cream on top of the cookies. I put a layer of approximately a 1/2 inch of Sour Cream, but the more - the merrier.

Layer of jam

On top of the sour cream spread some jam. Make sure there are no huge lumps of it.

Final layer of cookies again

Finally, close your cake with another layer of cookies. Cover it with a lid and put it in the fridge for the night.

Here it is! Ready and delicious. In the first picture, you see what the cake looks like after sitting in the fridge for one night. The second picture is the cake after two nights. It's super simple. Try it yourself.
